J.C. Newman Debuts New Cuesta-Rey Design at Big Smoke Las Vegas

We are excited to join cigar enthusiasts from around the world this weekend at Cigar Aficionado's Big Smoke Las Vegas, where we will debut our newly redesigned Cuesta-Rey cigar bands!

Founded in 1884 by master cigar makers Angel LaMadrid Cuesta and Peregrino Rey, Cuesta-Rey has a rich history spanning more than 140 years. Once the official cigar of King Alfonso XIII of Spain, Cuesta-Rey continues to uphold its longstanding tradition of exceptional craftsmanship and quality.

As we celebrate this remarkable legacy, we are proud to introduce a refreshed look for Cuesta-Rey. The newly redesigned bands honor the brand's storied heritage while ushering in an exciting new chapter for one of the world's most historic premium cigar brands.

On Saturday, November 7, Drew Newman will present an exclusive first look at the newly redesigned bands during the event's Top Cigars of 2025 seminar. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste Cigar Aficionado's No. 4 Cigar of 2025, the Cuesta-Rey Centro Fino Sungrown Pyramid No. 9.

We look forward to celebrating this exciting milestone this weekend in Las Vegas!
