Room101 Introduces New, Limited-Edition Namakubi Chingon

Room101 Cigars has announced the return of one of its most recognizable releases with a new look and blend just in time for the holiday season. The Room101 Namakubi Chingon revives a fan-favorite concept with a revamped blend, updated packaging, and a bold blue color scheme.
Produced in collaboration with William Ventura and manufactured at Tamboril in the Dominican Republic, the Namakubi Chingon features a San Andrés Maduro wrapper, a Sumatra binder, and filler tobaccos from Pennsylvania Broadleaf, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic. The cigar, sized at 5 1/2 x 60, is described as a full-bodied expression that balances complexity with intensity.
According to Room101, the blend delivers layered notes of dry nut, dark chocolate, espresso, oak, ginger sweetness, and black pepper spice, accompanied by aromas of breadfruit, wood, cedar, and dark coffee. The flavor profile develops progressively, with espresso and oak becoming more dominant toward the end of the smoke.

Master blender Wiber Ventura added, “It is always an honor to collaborate with my dear friend Matt Booth. We share such a strong connection in cigar making that ideas come to us naturally. Every time he approaches me with a new project, I get excited because I know it will become something explosive in the market.”
The Room101 Namakubi Chingon will be packaged in Room101’s signature ten-count piano-finished boxes and is scheduled to begin shipping on October 2. The suggested retail price is $24.99 per cigar before applicable taxes.
